Michael Neal Minter Sr. Scholarship


  • Applicants must be a graduating high school senior from one of the following high schools: Capitol Hill, Classen School of Advanced Studies, Choctaw, Douglass, Star Spencer, Millwood or Northeast Academy.
  • A GPA between 3.0 and 3.8.

In the event of a tie, financial need may be considered.

Funds may be used for tuition, fees and book expenses at any not-for-profit two-year, four-year or vo-tech institution in the United States. Payments are made directly to the school. No more than six credit hours may be completed online each semester.

The Michael Neal Minter Sr. Scholarship is an endowed scholarship fund of the Oklahoma City Community Foundation that was established by family and friends of Michael Neal Minter Sr. to reward students who plan to continue their education after high school.
