Fulmer Trombone and Musicians Scholarship
- Applicants must be graduating seniors of a high school that participates in the “Central Oklahoma Guidance Counselor Network.” A complete list of schools in the network can be found on this website under “Definitions” and “Central Oklahoma Guidance Counselor Network”: https://www.occf.org/scholarshipfaq/
- Applicants must have an unweighted GPA greater than or equal to 3.0.
- Applicants must be eligible to participate or be enrolled in a college/university band or orchestra during their freshman year (full-time study at a 4 year institution).
- Preference may be given to trombone players.
Financial need may be considered.
Funds may be used by full-time students for tuition, fees and books at any accredited, not-for-profit 4-year college or university. Payments are made directly to the school. No more than six credit hours may be completed online each semester.
This scholarship was established in 2014 to honor the aspirations and values of Mr. Fred Fulmer and to support scholarships that encourage the pursuit of post-secondary education.
