Aaron Alley Memorial Scholarship


  • A graduating senior of Woodward High School, Woodward, Oklahoma.
  • A resident of the Woodward community for a minimum of eight semesters prior to high school graduation.
  • GPA must be ≥ 3.5.

Financial need is considered.

The scholarship is a one-time award to any academically accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Funds may be used for tuition, fees and book expenses. Payments are made directly to the school. No more than six credit hours may be completed online each semester.

The Aaron Alley Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 2003 by friends and classmates of Aaron who died of a brain tumor at age 28. The Aaron Alley Memorial Scholarship Fund is an endowed scholarship fund of the Oklahoma City Community Foundation promoted in conjunction with the 1993 graduating class of Woodward High School.

If you are unable to complete the FAFSA, please be sure to indicate your financial circumstances on your General Application under the the unusual circumstances question.
