Do Unto Others Scholarship Fund
Please note: If you have completed and submitted the General Application and meet the requirements below, you will be automatically considered for this scholarship.
Eligibility Requirements of Application:
- Applicants must be graduating seniors from Oklahoma high schools in Pushmataha (first preference), Choctaw (second preference), and McCurtain (third preference) counties.
- Applicants must have a 2.50 GPA or higher.
- Preference will be given to applicants who have been actively involved in 4-H, FFA, FCCLA, Student Council, class leadership or other student organizations whose purpose is to teach ethics, character, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Preference for financial need.
The Do Unto Others Scholarship Fund is a one-time award. The award may be used for tuition, fees, books, equipment and supplies at four-year colleges and universities in Oklahoma. Payments are made directly to the student’s college after proof of enrollment has been provided to the Oklahoma City Community Foundation.
The Sherrer Family established the Do Unto Others Scholarship Fund to assist Oklahoma high school seniors to pursue post-secondary educational opportunities.
