Aaron Alley Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility:

  • A graduating senior of Woodward High School, Woodward, Oklahoma.
  • A resident of the Woodward community for a minimum of eight semesters before high school graduation.
  • GPA must be ≥ 3.5.

Financial need is considered.

The scholarship is a one-time award to any academically accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Funds may be used for tuition, fees and book expenses. Payments are made directly to the school. No more than six credit hours may be completed online each semester.

The Aaron Alley Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 2003 by friends and classmates of Aaron, who died of a brain tumor at age 28. The Aaron Alley Memorial Scholarship Fund is an endowed scholarship fund of the Oklahoma City Community Foundation promoted in conjunction with the 1993 graduating class of Woodward High School.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to return to the General Application and attach a FAFSA or a 1040 if you cannot complete the FAFSA.)
