John Barresi Memorial Scholarship


  • Graduating senior from Harding Charter Preparatory High School.
  • Must be nominated by faculty of Harding Charter Preparatory High School.

The John Barresi Memorial “Perseverance” Scholarship was established to recognize deserving high school graduates who exhibit exceptional persistence and vitality. An appropriate nominee has persisted in secondary education despite overwhelming circumstances. Financial need is considered.

Funds may be used for tuition, fees and book expenses; payments are made directly to the school. No more than six credit hours may be completed online each semester.

The scholarship was established at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation in memory of John Barresi and honors his dedication to the student body of Harding Charter Preparatory High School.
